I was staying for 11 days in this hotel by myself. I have chosen this place based on the positive reviews and I definitely didn’t make a mistake. It was all exceptionally good in any way. Beautiful small room, perfectly clean room and other facilities in daily routine, great breakfast with a lot of sweet and salty varieties. I enjoyed every morning having an amazing breakfast on the terrace.
A great position of the hotel. Surrounded with tram or metro connections to every area of Istanbul.
And such a nice, polite and friendly staff!!!

I did a rhinoplasty operation in Istanbul while staying in this hotel. All the staff members were so helpful and nice to me. Bringing ice during all day and night when I needed or changing the room temperature when demanding. 😁 They really treated me perfectly well and I really felt safe and good while recovering, actually all the time. I am very thankful to all of you there, especially to Sun and Rose! Actually to all of you. 🩷 Sorry for not mentioning other names, I am bad with names.

The staff were incredible. Elvin, Levent, Sadik, Murat, and Osman were all so great! They took care of all our little needs with a baby. The hotel was great, breakfast was a nice spread and the service in the restaurant was amazing. The location is very close to the blue mosque about 4-5 min walk and same to the tram. Grand bazaar is only one stop away, also walkable distance. The breakfast spread was very nice and you can always have omelets made as well. The staff really made us feel at home so it was a great welcome into Turkey.

From the moment we arrived to when we left, we were welcomed with open arms by the hotel staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean (compliments to the cleaning ladies, who were also very friendly even though they spoke little or no English) but also very modern and extremely well-equipped. The first night, it was a bit of a struggle to get the temperature down, as a warm room is not ideal to sleep in, even when it is near freezing outside. In this again, compliments to the staff, who immediately took my concerns about this seriously and did everything possible to get the temperature in our room a little lower. Breakfast was very extensive - I certainly didn't lack anything - and again, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable and all amenities were present (we even got a gift, which was so thoughtful).
