Breakfast has many options, especially the salads. The hotel is new and cozy, cleanliness is on top thanks to Turan bey. Location is near various shops and the biruni hospital, which is convenient for patients. Staff is helpful and caring. The rooms are spacious, every day cleaning. There is spa with pool, saunas, hamam. Operation manager Mehmet Caner solved all issues and gave good room. Waiter Saniyad is kind to guests. Overall, big thanks to all hotel workers.

We had an unforgettable time in these apartments! The balcony offered a breathtaking view of the lake, which added a special atmosphere to our breakfasts and dinners. We didn’t want to leave our cozy abode even for excursions. Moreover, there was a market within walking distance where we could buy seasonal vegetables and fruits of the highest quality and fresh fish at very reasonable prices. Right at the entrance, there was a shop where we could find everything we needed. Surrounding us were numerous charming cafes, where we could enjoy the ambiance and delicious food every evening.
However, the highlight of our experience was the owner of the apartments!!! His care and attention to detail were truly invaluable! He was always available, ready to help in any situation 24/7, which made our stay genuinely comfortable and magical. We confidently recommend this place to everyone!

This hotel is a true hidden gem. I don't know if I was so lucky to get a good deal, but price/quality was great. The room was very clean and spacious, got everything it is supposed to have (hair dryer, fan), linen was also white and crisp.
Breakfast was ok, I'm not that foodie, but to me it was more than enough - a lot to choose from and everything is fresh.
Staff was super friendly and speaks English (yes, it is still an issue for Turkey). Mall of Istanbul is just across the street - nice to go shopping.
