everyone was so kind and really helpful, especially the men at registration and the couple, who prepared breakfast. breakfast was good, and rooms were clean. we really liked santra!

The staff was very good, especially the host girl, I don't remember her name (curly hair, green eyes) she was always attentive to anything we needed at the reception and in the breakfast area,! This was very good with a nice view and a pianist, really exceptional, I stayed 11 days and every day everything was fresh and good!
Our room was on Harikzedeler street, so there was not much noise, but nothing special! The hotel has all the necessary services and an exceptional location
