The staff are all nice and efficient.
We arrived at the hotel around 6:30 in the morning.
Even before check in, they kindly offered us breakfast.
The Location is great. A minute walk to the metro station. Easy access to Taksim square. Walkable distance to Grand Bazaar, Aya Sophia and Blue mosque. Nice room and shower!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Sorriso Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and taken care of. A special thanks to Halit Yeysi, and Omar , who went above and beyond to assist me and ensure my stay was perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located. The hotel is wonderful. Very convenient location: all the main sights of Istanbul are within walking distance, and there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The staff is friendly, and the room is cleaned daily. At the reception, Aras will gladly help you with anything you need. You can also order a taxi to the airport directly from the hotel.
