Friendly staffs and gave us a tour and introduction at arrival. Love the in-room Onsen. The room was huge and well set up. Has every thing you need for a comfortable stay. Drinks and snacks are provided for free. Free shuttle service to and fo train station is a bonus. Breakfast is great and it privides both Taiwanese and Westen options.

To end our trip to Taiwan, we wanted to come and enjoy the Beitou hot springs. While searching for accommodation offers we discovered the Grand Pleasure Spring hotel at an extremely competitive price. As the reviews were good we decided to book. In the end, we are extremely happy to have made this choice. Everything is perfect ! The location is close to all Beitou attractions, the rooms are super comfortable and very clean. The private hot bath is completely amazing and so comfortable after a long day of traveling. And the staff, especially the receptionist, are lovely, polite and helpful. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend our friends to come here when they come to Beitou.

The place was clean and tidy. Very value for money. The hotel has free shuttle to bus stops and to Beitou or Xinbeitou MRT station. I like it that I can soak in the hot spring water in the comfort of my room. The location is actually within distance to Thermal Valley.

The hotel is conveniently located a short walk away from the Xin Bei Tou Station. It has many food and convenience stores just nearby (McDonald's, KFC, Yoshinoya/ Watson's, Carrefour, 7-11, Family Mart). The hotel staffs' service is excellent. The room has a hotspring tub with hot spring water piped in, so you don't have to go out to the public hotsprings to enjoy a soak in their famed hot spring water. They also have an in-house spa massage outlet on the 2nd floor and you need to make a booking for it beforehand (pricing depends on the type and length of session - available on their website). All in all a wonderful stay!!

We booked this hotel as we wanted to experience the Beitou hotsprings together. The bathing facilities were fantastic, our room had a huge Japanese-style stone bath with both hot spring and regular taps, and a small sauna in the corner which could fit one person at a time. The room itself was comfortable, the location was outstanding (a 5 minute walk from the start of the Beitou hot spring area), and the breakfast buffet had a mix of both Taiwanese and Western dishes.

the place is clean, the staff is friendly, bunk beds are not making noises when climbing, the room has AC, and generally its a comfortable place to be in. They also have a "vending machine" that has some handy stuff, and no, it is not overpriced.

Really loved the whole experience at Aloft. The staff were helpful, they even surprised me with a birthday cake, really appreciate the kind gesture. Room was spacious and clean, very well equipped as well. Interior was very new and made it a very enjoyable stay. There is also a convenience store just less than 3 minutes walk away for late night cravings.
