Very helpful and polite staff - they were all so happy and eager to help. Rooms were comfortable and well equipped, everything up to a 5 star standard. Delicious breakfast with a great variety of dishes. And best of all - I received a room upgrade! Overall, excellent value for money and I would highly recommend this hotel for people staying in Taipei.

1. Cost/performance ratio. The room is spacious and the staff members that I have encountered are well trained and most of all, their proficiency of English language are one of the best that I have ever experienced among all the establishment I visited (excluding ones in America)
2. Breakfast was really delicious and during my stay of 4 nights, the menu has been changing constantly.

We stayed for 7 nights and the two level room was perfect for a long stay. Plenty space, a full size fridge and a washing machine/dryer on the balcony. Great location very close to the MRT station. A lot of grocery stores nearby if you plan to have your own breakfast or other meals in the room. A small night market just 5 minutes walk.

I was amazed how luxurious and comfortable this hotel felt, for a very affordable price level. The staff was super attentive, and surprises included free coffee and water served at my seat in the lobby while waiting for my room, and free cakes brought to my room.
