Very polite and professional receptionist.
Entrance was big, clear and reception was spacious.
Clean room with nice view.
Breskfast was amazing by professional chef. I would ve wished buffet breakfast but the serving was beautiful.
I felt very welcommed to Black Sea hotel.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel!
Everything was absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, making me feel very welcome throughout my stay.

People who work at the hotel and restaurant "Veranda" will care for you and will do the most to make your stay the most pleasurable.
