Check in was a new experience for us - loved how simple it was. The lounge area is exceptional. I couldn’t stop looking at the art, decor, functionality of the spaces (well done interior designers). Breakfast was very tasty, but the coffee oh my goodness! We’re from Melbourne and it’s the BEST coffee we’ve had in the states. The room was very comfortable and met all our needs. Loved the iPad control. Every staff member we engaged with was warm, genuine and very helpful. They seem very happy with their jobs which indicates that they are appreciated by their employer.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The design of the room & bathroom was very nice. Location was good just few steps across TD Garden. There are a lot of restaurants around the area. There is also a complimentary breakfast at the hotel lobby.

It was a comfortable place to stay and sleep. The building is over 100 years old and really beautiful. It was a very safe and convenient area and I would stay again.

The room was super comfy, we went for the marathon so they put carb dinner and breakfast in the morning and also a shuttle to the finish line, that was great
