The hotel was excellent. I had some doubts before arriving because I read many reviews (not sure if all were about Hilton Brooklyn), and I was a bit influenced by them – but none of the negative things I read happened. Everything was great: the hotel, the service, and the whole experience. Special thanks to Jorge at the front desk – he was very kind, clear, and helpful. The room was a great size, with a minibar, safe, complimentary water, and a beautiful bathroom. The area felt good, especially during the day. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel because there were many nice options around. One thing I really appreciated was the $35 credit that you can use at the hotel’s store or restaurant. It’s basically a taxi reimbursement, and that was a nice surprise. I loved my stay, and if I come back to Brooklyn, I would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect. We explored a few blocks in Brooklyn and next day took a cab to the cruise port. It was a good experience!

Coming from Europe we went to NU Hotel for 10 nights in January 2024. Everything was perfect : very friendly staff, nice and clean room, breakfast ! The hotel situation allows you to be very close from public transports and you can easily find some nice bars and restaurants around the hotel. The view over the church was really nice, spacious rooms including hair dryer and flat iron. Many subway stations and breakfast spots within walking distance. Staff was really helpful with the bagage storage.
