Enjoyed everything about hotel ...friendly helpful staff ...great room...free coffee on tap, very effective fridge, access to ice, safe included ,and superb Manhattan skyline views out of room ( 2117). Breakfast is on paper plates but it's more than adequate. Lots of choice. Great value, especially in off season .Jan/ Feb. Wish the subway was a little closer..it's not that far ...so good access into very nearby Manhatten and all of New York. Would I stay again? YES!!

The staff made us feel very welcome, especially Julie at breakfast. The room was very clean and a good size. The bathroom was very pleasant. The lobby staff went out of their way to make our family feel as comfortable as possible in the accommodation. Many thanks to all!

The location and staff were great! We booked 2 days on one card and the next 2 days on another and were able to keep the same room instead of having to switch, which was very convenient.

The hotel is outstanding — perfectly located on Broadway, surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, with both Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s very close by, as well as a nearby subway station. The property is extremely comfortable, clean, and safe, and the staff are exceptionally attentive and friendly. My room exceeded all expectations, with an incredibly comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!
