Full marks to the Henry Norman for wonderfully friendly and helpful front desk. Check-in and check-out were a positive pleasure. Lots of good advice about the neighbourhood We stayed in a big family loft-style room which was partitioned into a sleeping space and a living-space with sofa-bed. Given that we were there for five nights, we were delighted to find that the kitchen had everything we might want — toaster, coffee-maker, fridge, oven, plenty of crockery and cutlery etc. Good fast internet. Quiet street. Arty but relaxed decor. I hope to stay again.

I loved everything about the hotel. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to cater to requests. They were so polite and it was one of the best experiences that I have had from beginning to end. I stayed for a week in April this year. I cannot wait to revisit this hotel. The hotel is outstanding — perfectly located on Broadway, surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, with both Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s very close by, as well as a nearby subway station. The property is extremely comfortable, clean, and safe, and the staff are exceptionally attentive and friendly. My room exceeded all expectations, with an incredibly comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!
