We love everything about this place! The staff were so friendly, serviceminded and helpful! We wished for a nice view and it was beautiful and the room was superclean and had everything we could wish for! Especially thanks to Kelvin in the reception who wholeheartedly helped us out with phone calls and rental-car-struggles. It means a lot and we really approciate it when you’re lost in another country! Forever grateful and we will be back!

Every staff member I encountered during my 2 days stay (about 7 of them) were friendly, helpful, and always asked if there was anything I needed (which is rare in today's world of customer service). They were so friendly I found my conversations with them much longer than I usually have (and I travel a lot in this area). I like the different choices at breakfast, the bistro-like muffins were amazing, as was the breakfast sandwiches & they were so easy to grab and go I really appreciated not having to really think about how to eat on the go.

My wife and I stayed there for 6 nights, and we absolutely loved our stay. The staff was very friendly, and they do a lot to make your stay comfortable. The 17.30 snack, three drinks per person for free, and snacks and food. We liked the breakfast a lot. We loved the pool and the hot tub. We loved everything about it, and the location is just perfect. 5-minute walk down to Broadway.
