Asked for a room higher up, and got a beautiful room in the 19th floor with stunning view. We also got a bottle of champagne since we were on a delated honeymoon! Excellent service and staff, we will definately come back.

I recently stayed at Citynest in NYC and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is fresh, clean, and located right in the heart of Chinatown, just a few minutes’ walk from SoHo, the Village, and Canal Street. The location couldn’t be better if you want to explore the city. The rooms may be on the smaller side, but they are very charming and reminded me of the fresh and modern hostels you often find in Asia. Everything is well thought out, and the design makes the most of the space. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Even though the hotel is newly opened, they go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. They were incredibly helpful with everything, and you can truly see how much effort they put into making the stay enjoyable. Overall, Citynest is a fantastic place to stay if you’re looking for a clean, modern hotel with an amazing location and outstanding service. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to New York!

The hotel is at an excellent location for moving around easily and you are very close to the nice cafes and restaurants in Soho. The staff is excellent.
