Third time staying here. Can’t fault it. The Manager is lovely too & kindly upgraded us on our recent visit. Will be back again. Location is great. Rooms are much more spacious than other hotels in New York.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was very convenient (we arrived and left by train, and moved around the city on the subway, which is just next to the hotel) and the staff was kind and helpful. Special shoutout to Elias, who was very friendly and helpful and made our experience much better. The lounge in the 27th floor was also a big plus of the trip, and we usually bought breakfast outside the hotel and went upstairs to eat it with amazing views of the city. Would come back 100%.

Good location, walking distance to times square and central park and subway stations. Nice interior and spacious rooms. We stayed with 3 teenage children and was perfect they loved it.
