Such an refreshingly amazing experience in NYC. The communication was very easy with the hotel already before arrival. Quick check-in, beautiful, renovated & spacious room. Breakfast was nice, location was very accessible. There is a restaurant / bar underneath, I am a poor sleeper but didn't hear a thing. I will definitely book this hotel again upon my next visit.

We had a fantastic experience. The team provided an exceptionally detailed and clear email with all the necessary information for a seamless stay. The self check-in process was incredibly smooth. Good location, really near Times Square. Felt safe walking around. the staff was very friendly, they kept our luggage before check in and after check out since we had a late flight home, without any extra charges.
