Very good location, close to the New York library and 5th avuene. Very comfortable area. The hotel is fully renovated and the gym is equipped with new technogym appliances. The staff is very educated and with a good smile on their faces (really appreciated)

Clean, excellent location. Comfortable bed! Large bathroom and good amenities in the room. Loved the early check in that we were accommodated when arriving on a red-eye. Love that they stored our luggage on last day. Noon checkout which is very generous. Great for walking everywhere.

1st and most important it was spotless. The premises is really well appointed and really tasteful, down to the Brooklyn bridge decals on the shower tiles ❤️ the location is terrific for exploring NY as well

It was a very comfortable stay in New York. The hotel is located on Park Avenue so I had a glance to this boulevard from my window, but it was not noisy at all. The room was not very big but very elegant and it was really convenient and comfortable to stay there. The bathroom was compliant to Japanese standards! As the restaurant was closed, I had breakfast in my room (both Japanese and American breakfast was delicious!) The rooftop bar was amazing, with sparkling sake and polite service. And this is what I especially liked in this hotel - the impeccable service and friendly staff. I would like to be back soon!
