The hotel is outstanding — perfectly located on Broadway, surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, with both Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s very close by, as well as a nearby subway station. The property is extremely comfortable, clean, and safe, and the staff are exceptionally attentive and friendly. My room exceeded all expectations, with an incredibly comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Amazing hotel, every detail is beautiful. They gave us the best room in our price and we had a view on the Empire state building. The pool is great. I loved the little sheep mascot in the room.

This hotel is a right choice, if you travel for business or pleasure. The location is central but very quiet. The staff is very professional and friendly. The room was big, comfortable and equipped with a comfy bed with a choice of pillows. And the option to have a great breakfast on hotel’s premises is definitely also a plus!

Perfect location, super close to 2 different subway stations, free water all day, free coffee in the morning, free wine every evening. The room is not too small (if you know other hotels in New York that have even less space). The building is old but was clearly renovated, the bathroom was super modern and clean, spacious. I felt safe walking to the hotel at night (traveling alone as a woman)

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The room was incredibly clean, spacious, and the bathroom was large and very comfortable. The view from our room was stunning. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our room was ready as early as 11 AM. Every request we made was met with a smile and prompt service. The pool was amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. This hotel is truly worth it, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
