I just had my second stay at this NYC hotel, and it was just as great as the first time. The clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and famous rooftop bar continue to impress. Its fantastic location makes it even more convenient for exploring the city. Highly recommended for a repeat visit!

The hotel is strategically located, close to Times Square and Brodway.
The staff was very kind and professional, provinding all the support we needed.
The room is tiny, but modern and super clean. The bed is fitted between the walls and the window, so it might be a little tricky for those with mobility difficulties. Moreover, who sleeps on the side of the bed close to the window needs to climb over the other if a night visit to the bathroom is necessary.
Everything is controlled by a tablet: curtains, blinds, lights, TV, A/C and even the color of the leds. The bathroom could provide a little bit more of privacy, but it was ok.
The staff left a card and some balloons in the room to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It's was so great and my wife just loved it! Thank you, CiyizenM team!
I'd certainly stay at CitizenM again.

We stayed at the hotel for a total of 7 days as part of a long trip in the USA and everything was just perfect:
1. The kind service of the hotel staff who helped guide us in all kinds of issues (restaurants, places, transportation to JFK, handling of luggage we didn't receive, etc.).
2. An excellent and varied breakfast in a very pleasant atmosphere with a view of Times Square.
3. Clean, large and spacious rooms (we were in a room for a family of 4 with 4 suitcases, trolleys and backpacks and there was enough space and quite comfortable in the room).
4. The location of the hotel is simply fantastic (a very central place close to Broadway, Times Square, metro, there is a Duane Reade branch below the hotel).
5. The hotel has a very inviting and cool vibe on the reception floor, in the evenings the restaurant area turns into a bar with good music.
In conclusion, great value for the price, a perfect hotel in all respects that is rated the highest for us of all visits to New York!!!
Without a doubt we will be happy to visit it again and highly recommend it to anyone coming to New York.
