Great service. Par ici has a friendly Turkish waiter did t get the name. Spa folks very friendly. Front reception lovely folks. Chatty guy cannot remember the name who greeted us and showed us around. The spa group were very generous gave us macaroons and white wine to celebrate my daughters birthday. Give everyone a raise 😜

Overall the room was comfortable. The location was great. We walked to all our destinations, within 30 mins. Battery Park we took a train and walked to World Trade Memorial, Little Italy, and Chinatown.

Such an refreshingly amazing experience in NYC. The communication was very easy with the hotel already before arrival. Quick check-in, beautiful, renovated & spacious room. Breakfast was nice, location was very accessible. There is a restaurant / bar underneath, I am a poor sleeper but didn't hear a thing. I will definitely book this hotel again upon my next visit.
