Everything was perfect. Krishel, on reception, was extremely polite and kind. My room was near the elevator and very noisy. She immediately changed my room, which was quite and much better.

The hotel was very close to the metro, to Manhattan it was around 30-40 min. ride and to Brooklyn pretty similar.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room would get regularly cleaned or just taken care of, if you asked and let the staff know.
It was safe and quiet.
Excellent stay, would come here again.
Another plus, was a rooftop bar on top of the hotel but it is another business (not connected to the hotel). We recommend to try their drinks, they were one in a kind. :)
