Everything was great. The room was big, the breakfast was okay for the price, and the staff was kind and helping. The room was cleaned everyday, with new towel supplies. The location was excellent, by subway we could arrive to Manhattan center in 15 mins. The area is safe.

Very accessible to the subway which was only a 4-5 min walk from here! It was clean, comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly. My partner and I came straight here after a 7 hour flight. We were completely buggered and they let us wait in the reception room until our room was ready! They also put on a complimentary breakfast from 7am to 10am. I’ve seen a lot of people complain about things being “empty” or they “run out” of food before 10am. Just want to say it’s first in, first serve! If they are busy it’s likely that you’ll miss out if you’re not there promptly at 7 or 8am. We were lucky enough to enjoy breakfast on our check out day. As we slept in most days till 11am (due to NYC Sun being out till 8pm)
The neighbourhood can be a little bit of a culture shock if you’re use to a certain way of living. But we absolutely loved the neighbourhood and my partner was enjoying the $3 beers from the 24/7 corner store! We also had food from there and got the real American taste! We would happily stay here again. The staff were amazing! Accomodating and always readily available if we requested anything.
Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels - they do have an option to reuse your towels to reduce water waste, we just didn’t know how to ask for that, and by the time we remembered to ask when coming back from our trips into NYC it was too late.
They also had parking as well, and offered free wifi, toiletries and had snacks for you to purchase or add to your room if you wanted.
View is spectacular as well! 10/10

Location, location, location. Perfect location with Subway a 2-5 minute walk away. Staff friendly, free breaky included, 24/7 staff. Felt so safe, so easy to get into the city. Loved the laundry too. Rooftop wasn’t too bad either. Glad I stayed here. Photos from the rooftop.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that exceeded all my expectations when it comes to accessibility and convenience in the heart of New York City. Situated near multiple subway lines and just a short ride away from Manhattan, Whether it was heading to Times Square, Central Park, or any other Manhattan hotspot, the subway lines near the hotel made my commute a breeze. Great hotel in Long Island City, you could easily be in Manhattan in less than 10 minutes, several subways one to three blocks away. Breakfast was really awesome with eggs, bacon, oatmeal, bagels, waffels, fruits, good coffee all day! Small fitness area and washing facilities, very friendly staff. I had a very comfortable stay!
