Location… convenience to all that Wilmington has to offer including the Riverfront. Place was more like a mini apartment. Had everything that one would need to feel right at home. Parking garage - parking pass was a definite perk.

India in the dining room was awesome. She made sure my father who had Parkinson's Disease was accommodated each day at breakfast. She was kind and caring. everything. beautiful building. great room, lovely staff. you can pretty much just park your car for your entire stay and just walk around town. nothing is more than a 10 minute walk away.
