The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the Cruise Manager Bruce Panda, and the crew member Hoa who was our waitress for the stay. The rooms were great and offered scenic views of Ha Long Bay. The sunset and sunrise views from the rooms were incredible. Strongly recommend the Honeymoon Suite which is very spacious, and comes with a private deck and a panoramic view.

We had a spectacular time with UniCharm. We had been warned by friends who had traveled to Halong that it could be overcrowded and unpleasant, so we were weary. We chose UniCharm because they promised to go to secluded spots, away from the crowds. And they delivered beyond our expectations! Everything was great. Our guide Hiu was friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

A trip with Calista Cruise was truly wonderful and far exceeded my expectations. The scenery here was not only beautiful but the service quality was also truly commendable. I felt the friendliness and professionalism of the staff the moment I arrived. The food on the cruise was beautifully presented, especially the fresh seafood dishes. I happened to go on a day with a stunning evening performance, which created a joyful and romantic atmosphere. The cabin had a spectacular bay view, was clean, and provided an absolutely relaxing experience. I had such beautiful moments here and will definitely return in the future.

New cruise. Clean. Love the food n the view from the room . Love the tour guide who made effort to ensure my kid enjoyed the kayaking. Chef also made accommodation during dinner to serve my son his food as the set menu didn't suit him . Thank you!

This boat and cruise was a once in a lifetime experience for us. Halong Bay is something any traveller must experience in their life.
It is too hard to explain just how luxurious the Boat we were on was. We felt like billionaires, on our own private superyacht. There is so much space and the rooms are better than most hotels.
Jerry, Nick, Thaung (our waiter) provided us with the most amazing experience. The service was impeccable. 5 and 6 course meals were sensational.
We simply cannot recommend this company enough.
