During our recent trip to Hanoi, my family and I had the pleasure of staying at Sao Mai Boutique Hotel, and we were truly impressed with the quality of service here. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, whose friendly smiles and attentive support made us feel completely at ease, just like being at home. The team was always ready to answer our questions, arrange transportation, call taxis, and give excellent recommendations for sightseeing spots and delicious local restaurants in Hanoi. Our room was always kept perfectly clean, with neatly arranged linens and a fresh, tidy atmosphere. Every time we went out sightseeing and came back, the room was already cleaned and well-organized, giving us a sense of absolute relaxation. Breakfast at the hotel was diverse and plentiful, offering a wide range of tasty dishes from Vietnamese to Western options, perfectly suited for the whole family. This was truly a big plus that gave us a wonderful start to each day. What impressed us even more was that the hotel helped us arrange tours to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh, with convenient pick-up right at the hotel. This made our trip much easier and more complete than we could have imagined. We are truly satisfied with our stay and will definitely return to Sao Mai Boutique Hotel every time we come to Hanoi. I will also recommend this wonderful hotel to my friends, colleagues, and family so they can enjoy the same comfortable and memorable experience we had.

Honestly their service is 100000/10! Everything was amazing, if you are used to going to luxurious hotels ( Ritz, FS…) the service here is the exact same if not better! Im so so happy I stayed with them, room was beautiful clean! Food was great! But the service is by far the best advantage! Keep up the good work!
