The best hotel I have ever stayed for sure. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and comfortable. Even the tour we bought from the hotel tour department was organized well. The front desk is always smiling . We feel so warmly welcomed every time we stepped into the hotel.

Amazing rooms - the decor is beautiful, and the size is great! The location is also awesome, just a little removed from the hubbub and noise of the Old Quarter, which is great for escaping at night. Minh and Tuy went above and beyond - chopping up a watermelon I had purchased - thank you SO MUCH! Will definitely be coming back!
