The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming, always ready to assist with any needs or help book tours and transfers. The location is perfect, with all major points of interest easily reachable on foot. Although we couldn’t have breakfast due to an early morning departure, the staff kindly prepared some food for us to take on the go. The rooms are beautifully decorated, featuring comfortable beds and a quiet atmosphere, ensuring a great stay.

While staying here, manager always smiled and treated me kindly. In addition, they explained about the restaurants, travel destinations, and tourist destinations in detail, and they were very helpful by serving as a substitute for areas that travelers did not know, such as booking a taxi. The host is incredibly nice. We were many hours late unfortunately, but he took it all with a smile. The house and the room is huge. No bugs, huge windows, great AC, nice shares bathroom, good bus connections, calm area not too far from the center.

She was always available and quick to answer to any inquiries, very customer oriented, problem solving figure and high professionalism.
Even though some things didn't work 100% as supposed and even though it wasn't her fault or her hotel, she offered right away to solve it.
She has been an intermidiary for us in organizing some trips with high results and sattisfaction.
Beside this the room was nice, veey clean and quiet and had the biggest bed I have ever seen (really enormous).

It was great value for money, the staff were very nice, the room was clean, it had a fridge and the air conditioning was brilliant. There were lots of cafes nearby for a morning coffee, but not much in the way of food.
