Staff were so friendly and accommodating- offering us use of the showers when we arrived very early after a night on a sleeper bus. Pool was refreshing but not cold and bar service was attentive. Breakfast was a good selection with eggs cooked to perfection. Room was a good size with a balcony to sit out on

Liv and Katy made our stay amazing. We were so well looked after and catered to. Happy, fun and warm. The property is just the right distance from the Old Town to be accessible but secluded for serenity. The mix is perfect. Breakfast was a diverse spread of everything you could want.

The Villa was elegant with it's own gate, to protect the motorcycles. The gem are it's owners. Friendly and ready to help with anything. From recommending local owned restaurants and tailors to offering a ride, when it's pouring outside.

Really nice pool. The hotel is a little but outside of the busy city centre so ideal for relaxing. you can take the bikes for free, 5 minutes to the centre. Rooms are huge and beds are comfortable, as well as a great shower. highly recommend!

This has been one of the best guesthouses I have been in my travel in Vietnam! I stayed in a private room. It was clean, big and with a private bathroom, also clean. Towels and air conditioning provided. The breakfast, freshly prepared every morning, was good and big enough. The accomodation has a big common room where I managed to work and to meet other travelers like me. The staff is super friendly, and they try to involve people in social events organised every few days (like a pizza night). I strongly recommend here!

This property is located next to the river with a very nice walking track in front of it in order to access the old town. You have to cross a bridge with a very narrow sidewalk, which pumps the heart every time.
