Fantastic location in the heart of the historical town with easy walking access to everything. Room was perfectly clean, well decorated with sublime architecture, included all amenities, lovely shower! Air-conditioner works perfectly too. Delicious buffet breakfast. SPA treatments are fabulous and Skyline swimming pool was amazing!!

Awesome spot! They're brand newly opened so everything is fresh and shiny. You can see that very quickly it's going to be the "go-to" place in Hoi An. Great for solo travellers and perfect for backpackers. It's great value at $5 a night (UMM WITH A FREE BEER AND BREAKFAST?!) The food was great, too! The staff are really friendly and attentive. Plenty of entertainment too, pool table and foosball. A super short (and scenic) walk to where all the action happens in town too.

Amazing service. Super location. Charming homestay. Clean and nice. Spacious room with balcony. So nice hosts. I can highly recommend this place and will book again next time in Hoi An. Quiet area, just a few minutes walk to old town. Big street Market around the corner.

Very nice staff, very helpful (laundry, motorbike renting, car to the airport), the room is really nice and well decorated, breakfast is really good (you can choose among various options the day before) The owner was really nice with us and let us stay till late in the evening (very late check out) before taking our flight with no extra money. It was a really nice gift for our honeymoon. There is always someone at home and if you need something, even if they don’t speak fluent English they will call someone right away to answer you. I remember that I read a comment about construction works and noise, there was absolutely no noise, very calm place. No construction works around. Location is perfect, nearby the night market without being noisy at all. Very convenient!

Host was very welcoming and helpful. Helped us with airport pick up and drop. Room was big enough for 3 people with blankets, wardrobes, mini fridge. Clean bathrooms. Hoi An street is at walkable distance and the homestay is at a calm place.
