Our room was huge and luxurious and had its own pool overlooking the beach - it really did exceed our expectations. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast catered for every pallet. It is centrally located and we walked to the night market. The road is full of dining options as well as a laundry and a supermarket across the road.

The owner was excellent. Made you feel right at home. On arrival I was offered lunch, beautiful fish stew.
Love intimate quiet atmosphere, in a beautiful picturesque location, right on the sea front. Owner organised trips for me, at a cheaper price than the usual market price. Would recommend this place to anyone who travels to Phu Quô'c. 10/10!

I totally enjoyed my stay at Rosa hotel. The staff and manager were very helpful. They made me feel right at home. They also assisted with every other service I wanted like to order taxi, book tours and take great pictures. I travelled solo and was really concerned about how my stay will be but they put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. I 100% recommend Rosa Hotel. Their customer service is really good. Don’t forget to try the coffee shop right next to it. (This is not a sponsored post / PR but my true experience.

The staff were great, they were friendly and helpful. They even invited me and my sister to have a banquet with them because of the new year celebration. That was very nice gesture. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was perfect. The whole hotel area was the cleanest of all the Vietnamese accommodations we stayed in during the five weeks we were there. Breakfast was delicious and the pool was good. Location not right in the centre but still within walking distance. Scooters could have been rented but we didn't dare because of the chaotic traffic (this is the same almost everywhere in Vietnam). There are shops and restaurants close to the accommodation. All in all an excellent experience and I can recommend to everyone to stay at this wonderful resort. If I ever come back to Phu Quoc I will stay here again.

The host was very friendly and helpful.
Most of all the room at the guesthouse is pretty clean and the electronic works 24/7 you don’t need a card like hotels.
Would definitely come back to stay here in the future if I’m back in Phu Quoc.

Everything was excellent. I love the sea, so it was wonderful to be right by the water. It was a dream to be able to swim both in the morning and evening. The truly special part was Toan (the owner) and his lovely staff. They are so friendly and do everything to make sure guests feel welcome and comfortable. Toan responds quickly to any questions, speaks good English, and is always helpful. And he's such a kind and fun person. Toan and his team really make the experience unforgettable. You get a feeling of being at home—in the best possible way. Toan is very respectful of your privacy, yet wonderfully personal. That homely feeling creates a lovely atmosphere where guests naturally talk and spend time together. Thank you for some truly beautiful days.
