Everything...staffs' attitude & willingness to assist incl late check in. Manager's flexible approach to late check out to coincide with flight. The overall ambience, breakfast, decor, quality of service all made the stay enjoyable.

I checked in late at around 7:40pm and the host, Leon, was awaiting my arrival and was friendly and welcoming, even at this hour. The venue and room were exceptionally well furnished, with a feeling of homeliness and simultaneously giving the impression of a 5-star art filled castle in the middle of a countryside. Finishes are of exceptional quality and the room itself was large with a mini fridge and microwave. A clothes iron was also thoughtfully left outside my door. Breakfast was an offering of 4 great hot meal options, with yogurt, fresh fruit and a variety of cereals, juice and great coffee, presented by Bongi with an infectiously bubbly personality. The property is akin to a countryside retreat, supported by great people. The location is central with easy independent access for guests. Thank You for a 6 star experience!

I am an amputee, so when I made a booking, I didn't know I had to do a follow up call to explain my situation, so that I can be given a room that accommodates my status.
