The pool was amazing and so was the room. The only problem was we have no hot water to shower for the 1st day and a half. This was very disappointing considering the cost. We asked someone to fix it on the Friday but no one did until Saturday afternoon. Breakfast was lovely but it is not possible to get your breakfast to the room unless you pay for it in full. The highlight was the desert safari, that was incredible!

Apartment is very nice, clean, spacious and comfortable. There is a private beach in the residential building. There host is very generous, there is a baby cot, toys, cupboard essentials, cleaning supplies. I liked the design of the apartment, boho vibes. Recommend!

Its a mansion for a room! Amazing staff and services. Pool areas are great for families especially with young kids. The entire hotel is equipped with most luxurious settings, details and services. This will be an annual place for our family to go to for sure.

There were a lot of pools which were great. Water was clean, although a little cold, but dnough space for everyone. They had a great kids club and a lot of water rides and play areas for kids to play, which is great for them to stay entertained. It's a very kid friendly resort, which is great for families.
