My family and I had the best experience staying in the Boathouse Apartments. The location is absolutely amazing with harbour view from the balcony and central to the town centre. The apartment is clean and modern, the beds are comfy and the kitchen has everything you need. We also loved the pool area, and the staff was super friendly. I will definitely stay again.

I really enjoyed the food! Everything was excellent! The people were extremely nice and caring! The room was super comfortable and huge! With all the commodities! The hotel was a 2km walking distance to Airlie beach ! And the walk was just amazing!

Place,cabin,cleanliness & above all - Absolutely amazing customer service from reception lady. she was fabulous. I sincerely hope the management knows she is the FACE of the resort & 1st thing guests see when checking in !?! She works hard,has a lot of patience,goes above and beyond for every guest and has best customer service approach with her exceotional communication skills. Smile as well!! Everything. We had a gorgeous private ocean view. Spacious and very well appointed room with nice decor. Close to town. The Restaurant meal was delicious with spectacular views. The pool area and private jetty gives you many options to relax in the shade.
