It is my 3rd visit to the hotel. The kids are specially in love with it. Each time we are enjoying our trip. The staff, the location, the interior, the F&B service, SPA, gym, entertainment are just fascinating. We enjoyed live music at nights. My mom specially loves thermal bath. Also, we had a little accident with my daughter and the medical staff was so caring and responsible for all the processes.

Most of all - Kids programs. Also thermal bath and side walk in park/forest. Food was good.

Its hotels are wonderful, family-friendly and healthy. All employees, without exception, are very kind, polite, and hospitable. The breakfast is very excellent. I advise anyone who needs a period of rest and calm to book this hotel. They have a sulfur water pool

The hotel is beautiful, so wonderfully decorated.
Rooms are well equipped and VERY clean. Laundry service was very fast and affordable. WiFi is fast.
Breakfast was lovely, fresh bread and eggs cooked to order. The restaurant has such a cool setup; mostly consisting of pretty much private dining rooms but with windows so you can see out into the beautiful courtyard.
Honestly this is one of the most lovely hotels I have ever stayed at

The hotel staff is very friendly, rooms clean, view from the balcony is super-nice. Entertaintment program is different for each day so if you're traveling with kids of age 5+ you can make them busy for almost entire day. Glad that indoor pool was open till 22:00.
