The gentleman that sign me ( I can’t remember his name. That’s my fault) was very Professional and polite. Took care of my needs with out any fuss. Provided things to see and do. Took care of me in the restaurant and breakfast. Very highly recommended. I cannot find any faults with him. He was the only person I dealt with at your hotel. You truly have an asset with him. It was a great stay overall! We opted for a hotel close to the station because we'd be taking Bernina early next morning and we were very happy with our choice. The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is really good. The room is spacious and has some kitchen utensils and amenities, although we were told not to use it (e.g. oven). However, like I said the staff was friendly, and they helped us to heat a meal in their kitchen's microwave so that was not an issue. They also granted us a kind of city pass that allowed us to have discount prices in attractions such as the museum and cable car. The hotel is close to the city center, in the heart of a charming Christmas market.

It was my first "camping" experience, and I was impressed. Great location. Very clean, very comfortable beds, linens. Small room in the wooden house we stayed was warm and very nicely located (just in front of shared WC/SHOWER/KITCHEN/WASHING area). Parking of the car was just next to our house. Camping staff was very friendly and made us a fantastic breakfast next morning.

The location is outstanding, (an area of natural beauty.) Thomas the Host, was wonderful. We were running later than planned and on arrival he met us at the doors. He even provided a hot meal and a nice cold beer. The rooms were large and beds comfortable. This is one place I wish to return to. Everything was just fantastic.
