Wonderful place to stay with very friendly staff and lovely view. Conveniently close to the airport and shopping centre. Also, it has an inbuilt casino to have fun and relax. The food at the restaurant was delicious and big serves. The breakfast was the best with so many different choices and abundant. I would definitely recommend

The location is great in a small fishing village with a nice beach. There is a short hike up a steep hill to the guesthouse but you get rewarded with a gorgeous view from the common area and even more beautiful view from your room.
The hosts are super fun and friendly and Miguel makes the best pizza and Pisco Sour in all of Chile :-)

Beautiful view and nature. The suites were simply stunning. The staff were very very helpful and communicated really well and we had fun with them. Sneak in a swim in the lake!

Great staff, very friendly. I was not pleased with the first room they wanted to give me and asked for a room on a higher floor. They did, no problem. They helped in many ways: arranged for my bag to be picked up at the airport (bag which made it to Concepción four days late), called cabs for me, held material at the reception desk to be picked up by colleagues...
Staff at the bar and restaurant are very friendly and approachable as well. It is fun to sit at the bar.
