Excellent location, good for family with kids. Area is very nice, tropical greenery and pleasant location. Hotel rooms nice, comfy beds. Japanese style toilets with remote control were an experience 😁 Would go back again, even now knowing Chengdu, wouldn’t change hotel.

It’s a family friendly resort style hotel, check-in & check-out service was very efficient. Breakfast selection was great. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I was travelling with my family, which included two children. Nicole was simply amazing. She gave extra care and attention to my children over and above what was expected. They loved her and have heaps of cuddles. We booked a whole room so we didn't need to deal with others with the kids. Worked our perfectly. Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Nicole certainly made the stay that much better, just hee friendly nature :)

Perfect experience. The rooms are clean and lots of space. All the family enjoyed a lot the living here. Good breakfast. The kids place, table tennis and swimming pool are really cool. We also enjoyed the walk a long the river just behind the hotel.

- Great size family room, plenty big enough for 2 adults, 1 child and a baby
- Lovely staff, happy to help and go above and beyond
- Short walk to the metro and then easy to get to all the sites

Huge rooms that function well. As with all hotels in China, the standards differ to Western standards. Powerful shower and huge bathroom. The staff on the front desk are so helpful and friendly. The manager (Louis I think) was very friendly and helpful to my mum and very kind to my children on arrival. Breakfast with Western option. About ten mins walk to nearest subway and excellent value for money.

The breakfast was exceptional.
The gym is big and functioning.
There's a game room to spend time with your friends and family.
The rooms are big and equipped with kitchen so that guests can cook for themselves.
It's close to subway and you can do some relaxing walk next to the river.

- Hotel is on top of a Mall so good access to shop and supermarket in basement
- Room was massive with good kitchen and bed
- Staff lovely and helped out when ordering nappies for baby and sending passports up by small robot to room which was fun
- Sofa in room was large and comfortable and also desk good to do some work
