The rooms were spotless and perfectly maintained throughout our stay. The housekeeping team does an excellent job ensuring that everything is clean and welcoming. Coming back to a fresh, comfortable room every day was such a treat. The à-la-carte restaurants at the resort are phenomenal, offering a variety of cuisines with dishes that are both beautifully presented and delicious. Our Top 3 favorite restaurants were: The Italian Restaurant – Led by the amazing Chef Said, this was hands down our favorite. The authentic flavors, creative dishes, and excellent presentation made every meal here an experience to remember. A true culinary highlight! The International Restaurant – With impeccable service from Yousef, this restaurant delivered a wide variety of mouthwatering dishes that catered to all tastes. Perfect for anyone looking to explore different cuisines in one place. The Greek Restaurant – The flavors were fresh, vibrant, and authentic. From traditional Greek salads to perfectly grilled meats, this was a delightful dining experience. The bar service was another standout feature of our stay. From Red Bull to Heineken, the variety of drinks available was impressive. Kamal and his team went above and beyond to serve with a smile, ensuring that every evening felt special with their excellent cocktails and top-notch hospitality. A massive shout-out to Yasser at the reception, who was simply outstanding! From the moment we arrived, his warm smile and genuine kindness made us feel like VIP guests.

If i could give this hotel a rating of 20 out of Ten I would the first 10 i would give for the following 1) the staff were amazing and i can only give a special thanks to all of them they were very kind, helpful and accommodating for all and very professional and spoke diffrent languages 2)The food was amazing the hotel had 1 main restaurant near the lobby 1 mainly lunch focused near the beach and 1 for snacks near the pools all were good and had great food variety and specialized so you can really taste the difference between dishes 3)the rooms were specious modern very clean and well lit. The room service was free and the required payment was reasonable 4)The shows were good 5)the beach was very busy but very clean and clear water and the service in the beach was good 6)The hotel is full of activities and I couldn't see them all but what i saw was fun and varied to a great extent 7)location is in souma beach which is closer to Safaga than Hurghada so if you intend to visit hurghada city prepare for a 30 minute drive otherwise souma bey is very good for snorkeling and water activities apecivaly windsurfing 8)the hotel is very accommodating i arrived with 2 toddlers and facilities and the staff were very accommodating and helpful with specialized activities for children present all that makes the resort a 10 out of 10 but what make it a 20 out of 10 on my eyes is that a member of my family had a medical emergency in the room and we called the staff the were very calm and proficional the helped carry the patient to the closet bed understood what happened and called for the clininc staff which arrived within minutes with all required first aid and applied it while the ambulance was on the way after entering the ambulance every thing was aranged with the the hospital Alhamdullah we return the same day late at night the staff called all the time to check when we were at the hospital after we the return to the resort which was arranged by the hospital the...

I really enjoyed the water park. There was a lot of variety of food choices including snacks throughout. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, very clean and well equipped. The staff were very hospitable and wanted us to enjoy our stay. A special thanks to Mustafa Hamdy for excellent service. He went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable. Thank you to the head chef of the Italian a la carte for a superb meal. The reception were very helpful including Zahra from guest relations who made sure our stay was enjoyable. I would definitely come again!

People working in Amarina resort are really great, especially Mrs. Mariam on the reception. Resort is big, pools are heated, and food is tasty with lots of choice. We took some trips from agencies in the hotel, and prices were fair (for example, private tour to Luxor for 3 ppl, all tickets, guide and lunch included we paid 340€ for all). We had dinner in Asian, Oriental and Italian restaurants, and food exceeded our expectations. Only one suggestion for the management...please change the cleaning products for foyer floor, this one has awful smell (rotten fruit/vinegar).
