Gabriele was a fantastic host who went out of his way to render assistance when we met with unforseen circumstances during our holiday. He was very prompt to respond to questions we had about the apartment's facilities and professionally followed up to make sure everything was ok. This was much appreciated. The apartment was clean, on a high floor with an unblocked view and perfectly located. We stayed for 3 nights and would have stayed longer had it been available for our unplanned 6 nights in Cardiff. Thank you Gabriele.

The location was ideal for getting to Cardiff Bay, but also quiet enough for a family with small children. I can’t say enough about the property itself, I am notoriously fussy, and I thought the accommodation was amazing, beautifully clean, well equipped and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

We Brought our 7 month old baby and the hotel was very baby friendly (high chair, lifts, beds). Baby slept all night and I had a well needed rest. The view from the room was lovely and the surrounding area has lots to offer within walking distance

The staff are fantastic. Very friendly! couldnt do enough!!! And we absolutely love that!!! What an excellent team! Facilities fantastic. - spa facilities available which was a bonus!! Would perhaps like to see discount in the shed restaurant for hotel customers! Spend £120 on dinner and breakfast for two adults and a baby. Breakfast could be included again a bit pricey! But couldn’t fault the food. Excellent!! Quiet night sleep. Great entertainment in the bar family friendly!

The fully digitised check-in system meant that it didn't matter that I arrived very late in the evening on my first night. Proprietors didn't have to stay up to let me in, etc. Whole place was clean and tidy. Wide range of options for the TV. Families with young children would have no trouble finding something suitable for the kids to watch, or maybe a movie for themselves.
