Stunning property, beautifully designed and very clean. The staff at check in were excellent, super friendly and efficient. The room was perfect, really comfy bed, and plenty of space. I cannot find fault with anything!! Can’t wait to come back.

it was on a farm yet close to all sightseeing and family in Leeds . it was lovely and warm and cosy and very clean . This was a lovely apartment which was in a perfect location in the city centre, just minutes away from shops, pubs & restaurants. Clean, close to city centre, no noise, might benefit of clear directions as the entrance is different from main building entrance. The glass arches above windows in living room and second bedroom need covering for complete privacy. Overall, excellent place to stay in while in leeds.

very silent location, excellent breakfast, Elspeth and Richard are very friendly and polite even though I arrived very late, they took all the time to welcome me treated me for a beer and when I had to leave very very early 2 days later they had a take-away breakfast for me.
