The suites are brand new. Very clean. Well furnished. In a very good area: 3min walk to the beach and only 4km from the many restaurants at Agio Nikolaos. The chef and the 2 ladies at breakfast are amazing: kind, helpful, funny. The breakfast in great.

Beautiful place, fab location right across from beach and a few restaurants. The apt was really spacious and lovely, you could open the balcony doors right back so it was like being inside but outside on the comfiest armchairs! The aircon worked great, gorgeous relaxing pool area, great staff, and a beautiful gift on departure. We stayed an extra night so it must have been good! Thank you we will be back!

The villa is astonishing the decoration every detail taken into account.. A proper place to chill and relax and a few steps from the center. The breakfast at Gioma restaurant down the road ,that was included in the reserve, is the best possible way to start the day with amazing views to the lake. I will be back definitely.

First of all, the hosts are so kind and so helpful.. they are so friendly and positive, that we couldn't feel more at home than we did. Second, the apartment is huge, with a big kitchen (which was really necessary for us), and also perfectly adapted to everyday life, so you could find even more supplies than an average family has at it's own home 😅 Very clean and a little bit in the periphery of Agios Nicolaos, so the city noise wasn't our problem. If you are with a car, it is really easy to get to the different beaches and to the city. The accommodation has parking for guests, so it is perfect.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming Allas, and I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was. From the moment I arrived, I knew I had found a true slice of paradise. First and foremost, the location was breathtaking. Nestled along the stunning coastline, the flat offered panoramic views of the azure Mediterranean Sea. The interior of the flat was equally impressive. Very well maintained and tastefully decorated, it exuded a warm and inviting ambiance with art by the host, Yannis. The living area was filled with natural light, thanks to the large windows. The outside terrace provided a beautiful view over the sea and is the perfect spot for a relaxed breakfast. The amenities provided were very good. The kitchen is fully equipped and the air conditioning kept the flat pleasantly cool during the hot summer days, ensuring a comfortable stay. The bedroom boasted a comfortable bed. The owners of the flat were incredibly gracious and hospitable. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfection. From recommending local attractions and hidden gems to providing helpful tips on navigating the area, their warmth and genuine care made me feel like I was part of their extended family. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring their guests' satisfaction truly set them apart. In conclusion, my stay at Allas was an one of a kind experience. The stunning location, impeccable interior, goodamenities, and most of all warm hospitality combined to create a truly remarkable vacation. If you're looking for a piece of paradise to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, I wholeheartedly recommend this flat rental. Prepare to be swept away!
