The pool is large, plenty of shadow under the trees, the garden is huge and amazing, the pool bar, the coffee mousse is delicious, the prosecco…
The tennis court is a big plus for sports amateurs (my children play tennis and they enjoyed it every day)

The property itself is very special, I was pleasantly surprised, room with a view, lots of charm, a place where one can disconnect. Well maintained, family owned, helpful staff.

What a charming place to stay. We were enchanted by this house full of vintage furniture, their family memories and great smells all around. The room was very comfortable with everything we would need and Marina and the staff were very helpful and kind to us. The breakfast is simply amazing with great quality local products. We loved!

The rooms were absolutely beautiful, but I was in a building outside, it was a complete apartment with a huge open area, and the most fantastic views over the Tuscan countryside. The kitchen was amazing. It was wasted on me as a single traveller, but for a family, it would be absolutely perfect.

We liked everything- the place is like a dream an we got to meet new friends!
Gemma and Neri are amazing people that I am so grateful that I had the chance to meet- it was love from first sight
They gave us so many recommendations and tips for Siena and Florence and the closest town, Panzano is absolutely lovely with amazing food
We really miss Gemma, she treated us like family and we are thankful for the opportunity to meet her!

Location, quiet, peaceful surrounded by nature, a few minute walk to winery, the pool, the family feel/dog, rustic villa. Coffee in the morning. Eating recommendations, close to town, friendly host. Couldn't ask for much more
