The housekeeper was nice and helpful and I liked my bed. The location of the place was good and it was easy to get to places including the beach.

Food was delicious, rooms pretty, clean and spacious
Pools, out door facilities and beach was lovely. Surf 🏄♂️ machine was a big hit.....games room and kids club awsome. We had no complaints and extended our stay

The Property Manager Stacey was 30 minutes late and verbally abused my son calling him gay. We had paid for the accommodation but did not stay due to the abuse we received. We were not given access to the property. I had my family including our two grandchildren. One was only five years old. We were stranded in Ocho Rios and had to seek alternative emergency accommodation. We have not been given a refund
