Everything was wonderful. The food was 3 star Michelin rooms were comfortable, the wifi was great and the scenery spectacular. However, what I will always remember are the staff. They were unfailingly polite and helpful to the point of driving us to to a craft center and to the post office, and to the post office again as the PO would not accept credit cards. I have never had an experience that exceeds the level of friendly service we experienced there. I already feel nostalgic about the place.

Convenient for station access Close enough to supermarkets and convenience stores for food Spacious rooms compared to some other hotels Our stay in Japan is long so we chose this place also as it had washing machines and air purifiers, although some customers failed to respect the hotel request to “please wear a mask”, which is plain selfish really. Helpful staff and very efficient with check in and luggage storage. Great bathroom!

Everything was great. Spacious room, lots of amenities available by the reception, comfortable bed and very helpful staff with good English. Convenience store on the ground floor is open 24/7.

The onsen was really nice. Overall, the hotel room was in perfect condition. The hotel's location wasn't too far from the train station. The complimentary nighttime noodles were a lovely gesture. Breakfast was great, too. I would come to Morioka again, just to stay here!

Large lake-view room. Our fourth stay at this hotel and it didn't disappoint. Good food and you can hire a private onsen. It's a lovely relaxing place to stay.

My room was very spacious and beautifully arranged. It really had a "premium" feeling to it. Great location. Morioka is a car-centric city, with a lot of multiple-lanes roads impeding pedestrian traffic. But this hotel is located in the walkable part of the city. Plus, there is a Starbucks right in the (beautiful) lobby. It is quite far from the train station, and there are hotels more convenient in that regard; but the station area is not really a pleasant place to be (lots of cars), so it really depends on what you prioritize. Outstanding breakfast with an incredible number of varied dishes, all delicious. The check-in experience was just perfect.
