Good location, fairly near to the city centre and less than 100 m from the access to Suleiman Mountain. The hotel is very clean, with comfortable bedding (maybe a bit too soft!) and staff working at the reception all around the clock. Rooms are secured by an electronic lock. The rooms have a small fridge, pen and paper, a collection of magazines. The bathroom has a nice shower, with different options. Bodywash and shampoo are included, as well as toothbrushes and toothpaste. Abundance of towels. Plugs are located in convenient spots around the room. Also, the laundry service is quite cheap (coming at around $ 3 for up to 5 kg).

It’s easily accessible. I took the airport bus 107 and and got down by the river. It is within walking distance to Sulaiman Too and Jayma Bazaar. Ms Gulshada is also very responsive to my queries and she kindly allowed me to leave my bag when I arrived early in the morning. She also helped arranged a taxi to bring me to the airport (leaving at 04:30!). There are also two resident cats (I love cats)

Excellent location, really convenient for the border if travelling on to Uzbekistan. Also it’s on a main road so is well connected by buses. The suite was very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable; the best night’s sleep I had in Kyrgyzstan! The receptionist staff were very helpful. I was able to walk easily around the city - approx. 1 km from the hotel there is a nice park and Brio Café which did amazing food. The hotel served a nice continental/Kyrgyz style breakfast. Lots of hot water in the shower too!

Loved this place! I’ve been here for two weeks and honestly didn’t want to leave. The staff are amazing — super friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything. The hostel is super cheap for what it offers, clean and comfy, and the kitchen has everything you need. They also arrange Pamir Highway tours with really good, experienced drivers. Easily one of the best places to stay in Osh!

This was our first visit to Osh. The hotel is very good, good 5-star quality, everything in it looked like new. Attentive and courteous staff. Delicious breakfast, for every taste: fresh berries, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, sausages, porridge, delicious coffee, various pastries. The room is clean, comfortable, spacious enough, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Wi-Fi was fine with all the needs. The TV was showing several of our channels. Kettle in the room, bottles of water for free. The bathroom is clean and shiny, without complaints. A very good swimming pool with a comfortable water temperature, and a gym. The housekeeping did not bother with an early knock, everything was decent and of high quality. Additional temporary security measures at the hotel (frame, inspection of all visitors at the entrance). The hotel is located not in the very center, but very close to the center, in a very clean and decent area. The attitude towards us was very friendly from all sides. There were no negative aspects during our stay. As for the price, it is, of course, very decent, at the level of European hotels. Airport transfers are cheap too.
