The villa is absolutely wonderful - cozy, comfortable, and perfect for a group. The kitchen was fully equipped for hosting a New Year's celebration dinner for 10 adults and 3 kids. The living room features a sound system and TV, and there was also a coffee machine with tea and coffee available for guests, which was a nice touch. One note: one of the bedrooms is adjacent to the living room, so it might be a bit noisy for light sleepers. The other bedrooms are on the second floor, and the fifth bedroom is in an open attic space. There’s one bathroom on the first floor and two on the second (one shared in the hallway(has a bathtub and a shower) and another ensuite in one of the bedrooms (shower)). There’s plenty of parking in the backyard, which is very convenient. Upon our arrival, the house was well heated as per our request, making it feel extra welcoming. We quickly realized the villa was so lovely that we didn’t want to rush out at 11 am, so we reached out to extend our checkout time for the additional fee, which was no problem

Refreshing to stay in a place with homey ‘grandmas house’ charm; Viktorija makes you feel like family and has great insight into walks and where to eat (take all her advice). Her garden is exceptional and a great place to sit, drink tea and look out over the lake; peaceful and lovely day & night.

The pleasure of remembering the past. Bring bed sheets if you don't want to sleep under a bedspread, towels including a footmuff if this dark cloth doesn't fit, crocs for the shower floor. An exceptional service. We were grateful to get our wet/muddy bike suits washed and dried. Also able to wash bikes. Stuff didn't denied to cook some rice for next day race as we had our own "race food". All cost free. Absolutely surprised. Recommend.
