We recently had the pleasure of staying at KOA and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a level of hospitality that immediately made us feel at home. The staff at this hotel truly set it apart. Every interaction, whether at the front desk, the restaurant, or housekeeping, was marked by professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, offering thoughtful touches that exceeded my expectations. The accommodations were impeccable—clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is a testament to the dedication of the entire team. A special thank you to Utam, Kavi and Dess for their outstanding service. It’s rare to encounter such a passionate and committed group of people, and they made my stay unforgettable. Amazing Lilly and Ian made this place a familiar paradise we didn't want to leave. We highly recommend KOA to anyone looking for an extraordinary experience. 5/5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The location for exploring the south of Mauritius is ideal. The room was spacious, bed comfortable, excellent WiFi (50 Mbps), large Smart TV with Netflix, and if TV isn't your thing, you can watch from the balcony the many Mauritian flying foxes coming out in the early evening. The host, Nanda, is friendly and super helpful.

A beautiful 3 bedroom apartment. Very spacious, well furnished with everything a traveller could want when spending a few days in the south of Mauritius. The apartment is on the first floor and it's only about 800m walking distance to the ocean. It's a very quiet, area. It's close to a large supermarket and also to restaurants and fast food places too. There's ample car parking in the street right in front of the apartment. In Souillac, you are well away from all the resorts and the tourist oriented strips. It's very peaceful and relaxing.

It was our honeymoon and we received some special treatment like special dinner, romantic bath and etc. Even without that, it is a great hotel. Clean and very beautiful, you can feel like in paradise. Food and drinks are good. This hotel also provides some free water sport activities and water skiing for a very good price. The best part of staying here is the free access to the neighbouring more luxurious resorts and C Club (beach/pool/bar/restaurant). The gardens are stunning and meticulously cared for. The rooms are spacious, full of nice touches like body cream and hair conditioner. Also nice designs. The staff pulled some fruit from a tree for us. Everyone incredibly friendly (Deborah host and Anisha Restaurant manager, plus all the cooks, housekeepers and gardeners). Baby cot was set up in our room upon arrival. Best service and staff on the island.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, really nice restaurants. The gardens are beautiful, the room is big, though little too dark. We had amazing days there. You have also the possibilities to do snorkeling, stand up paddle and other kind of stuffs. The spa is also great. Check in process could bet a little bit faster.

The hosts were lovely 🙂. Very welcoming. The room, upstairs apartment is comfortable and nice. Everything is provided for. Cooker, microwave, fridge, cutlery. The shops and supermarket are nearby. I experienced a home cooked mauritian dinner which was delicious. Rochester waterfall is nearby. The host kindly took me to see the warerfall on my first day. It was amazing to see. She also kindly took me to visit other nearby places.amd advised me on routes and attractions to see. I thanked her because she took the time out of her schedule. I know it's not always possible to have time when running a guest house. There are several nearby public beaches within walking distance that are uncrowded and peaceful. There are many other places to visit and unfortunately I did not book enough days. I will definitely come back next time.
