The hotel had late night snacks for the guests, which were very helpful when we returned to the hotel and wanted something small to munch on or drink. As I also had a young toddler with me, it helped that they provided a step-stool for my child to use when washing her hands or brushing her teeth, instead of having to carry her.

The room is very big and it is suitable for families with kids. It is nice that a baby bed could be provided. There is also free afternoon tea everyday.

Suitable for family. Most of the facilities are family friendly. Staff looked after kids very well. We also got huge discount for SKM park day pass which is unexpected. Before buying tickets for tourist spots, highly recommend to consult with the hotel staff.

Room was large, clean and comfortable. With multiple kids playing area. Well catered for kids, even with kids breakfast area. Right behind SKM Park, so kids can go have fun and adults can shop at outlets. There's food court and Family Mart at SKM Park as well. Staff are nice and courteous. Breakfast was good spread and variety, with Asia and western. Parking lots available if u drive. Drinking water freely available for refill with pitcher (instead of plastic bottles). Like their mascot They even have merchandise for it!

The family nature of this hotel is evident with amazing bright murals floor to ceiling, solar system carpets on every floor add to the colourful character of the kid friendly environment, the actual rooms decor was more subdued tones of murals were absolutely fantastic !!! The breakfast was expansive & the dining floor huge with panoramic views.

Our children loved this hotel as we were in a family room with a car theme. The car bed was large and easily accommodated out 6 and 8 year olds. There is also a playroom on the 3rd floor which has self-service laundry, very handy. This is an older hotel which has been redeveloped in a fun way. The location was convenient, we walked from Kaohsiung Station when we arrived and it is not far to the Formosa Station.
