I stayed at the hotel for two nights and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, just what I needed after a busy few weeks. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. I especially enjoyed the breakfast – fresh, tasty, and with a good variety. I wish I could have stayed longer. Definitely a place I’d recommend and hope to return to in the future!

A beautiful spot for your next stay in Zanzibar! The hosts were hospitable and made you feel very welcome as soon as you stepped through the door. The facilities and amenities were fantastic, and best of all was the food! The food was delicious and a must for anyone staying. The restaurant is also open to guests from outside the hotel. Wonderful Stay at Salama Mbuyuni Bungalow I had a fantastic experience staying at Salama Mbuyuni Bungalow. The place is perfect for relaxation and unwinding — peaceful, beautiful, and truly serene. The property is beautiful - lots of greenery, trees, and flowers - and the staff are professional and friendly. Our room was impeccably clean and had everything that we needed. The chef is super talented; breakfast was great (the chickpea pancake was especially delicious!), and dinner was very impressive. We weren't too hungry mid-day, but there are great snacks at Spicy Mama's just down the beach. Zanziblue is a great spot for visitors who just want to chill out, walk along the beach (yes there are beach boys that will try to sell you things and excursions, but not too many), and swim in the ocean when the tide is high.

Very clean, well kept, small hotel that provides a heaven of peace and privacy in Zanzibar. Staff very attentive. Held by a family who cares about the facility like their home. Good food at the restaurant. 1min walk to the beach. Good value.

The staff was super friendly and they really took good care of us. Whatever we needed they provided and gave us a good information for spending our time in Zanzibar, they organised trips and transport. The food was really good, especially the new pizza recipe makes really good snack during the day, when launching beside the pool. The pool was fantastic, it is cleaned every morning and big enough for everyone. I would also recommend to try the SPA services. Also I loved the facilities for training in the morning (the gym and the yoga place) and enough space outside to have fun playing valley ball with my family.

Delicious local fruit, fresh eggs and well made crepes for breakfast. Ginger or otherwise herbal teas of top quality. Fabulous interior, and exterior, with millions corners to sit or lay. It is nothing like a typical beach bungalow or guest house. It looks and feels as a house made with love, by creative and artistic minds.
