Wow! Absolutely fantastic experience, great sized rooms with interconnecting door for families. Food was great, and the staff were super attentive. The children were catered for specially and kept thoroughly entertained by Andrew. We loved the kayaking and jumping off the back of the boat, and the children made friends in the pool on top deck while we drank delicious cocktails.

Everything exceeded our expectations
- lovely large rooms/cabins. we had booked a family suite and a deluxe room. fabulous panoramic views from our rooms. The massage chair in each room was the icing on the cake for the kids and us alike. :)
- service by all the staff was excellent
- kayaking was fun and well organised.
- visit to the caves was also very well organised.
- everything ran smoothly and on time.

Comfort of the cruise, food, itinerary and staff. Helen was very sweet and thoughtful of the whole family, particularly gifted with the kids.
It was fun to do the drone shoots with Jay, he had great tips on how to shoot it.

Our family had a wonderful experience. This is a must do in Vietnam. Halong Bay is just beautiful and the Dora cruise was excellent. Entertainment was great and there was endless amounts of food with a good range of options. Our 6 year old son enjoyed it too but was a little less impressed with the food and limited kids activities, although the jacuzzi pool was a winner for him!

staff are absolutely amazing! we came on New Year’s Eve and had so so much fun because of staff and their celebrations! activities were fun and the environment was unbearable for kids, families and couples with no children! truly an amazing experience!!
