The manager David met us and was very helpful, telling us everything about the location and upcoming events. It was also difficult to organise a taxi to come back, David was ready to find the solution spontaneosly. The food also was very tasty.

Our room was very clean and comfortable, which made us feel relaxed right away. But the best part was the staff. Everyone was so welcoming, polite, and kind. They really made us feel at home and looked after us so well. We would definitely love to come back!

The quality of the furniture, appliances, and bathroom fixtures in the room was excellent — much better than what we usually see in similar places. There are two spacious shared kitchens (one inside and one outside), fully equipped with everything needed, which was very convenient. The outdoor area is beautiful: quiet, full of greenery, with lawns, a garden, benches, tables, and even gazebos where it’s very pleasant to sit in the shade or enjoy breakfast. There are also barbecue facilities in the yard, which is a great addition. The location is close enough to Lake Sevan to reach it on foot, and the Norashen Reserve is also nearby, but it’s best visited by car.
